Wound up getting kinda drunk and then waking up really needing food so yet again I'm postponing the start of my Fast-Track to Intermittent Fasting.
I havent been eating anything but avocados and saltines for the last few days, but I got to learn to avoid the vodka. at least vodka only costs $5/litre and a kilogram of avocados cost around $2 so I'm not too stressed.
Fasting is going to be trickier than I thought. I really like eating. Its basically my main activity every day, as well as my panacea for whatever might be ailing me. I'm not always hung over... sometimes I just feel a little off and a nice snack seems to put in the fix.
fuck it, I'll figure it out eventually.
